The JCT Contracts Digital Service gives you desktop access to JCT Contracts 2011 Edition, the JCT 2005 suite of contracts and an archive of the JCT 2008 suite for your reference.

Prices for 11+ users can be obtained from your Sweet & Maxwell account manager, Sweetandmaxwell.orders@thomson.com, RICS or RIBA.

Print Credits

Once you have drafted your contract and are ready to print the final version, you will need to purchase Print Credits. These are available from the JCT Digital Technical Helpdesk 0845 082 1080, jct.support@thomson.com or directly from RICS or RIBA.

Each Print Credit is worth £1 and you will need to purchase the amount to cover the cost of your contract. A reminder of the cost of your contract is given when you press ‘Print’ or you can check the JCT Contracts Pricelist.
