The changes will be incorporated when the contracts affected, Standard Building Contract, Design and Build Contract, Management Building Contract, Prime Cost Building Contract, Intermediate Building Contract and Measured Term Contract, are republished in 2011.
Revision 2 – out now
Publication of the JCT Contracts Revision 2 began at the beginning of May. The new contracts incorporate sustainability provisions, following JCT’s consultation, and provisions building on the OGC’s Achieving Excellence Criteria.
